The problem

I was looking for an all-in-one and simple-to-use platform for athlete programming and athlete monitoring, and RYPT was recommended to me. Before discovering RYPT we had been using separate platforms for these actions, which was inconvenient and time-consuming for our athletes and coaches.

The solution

Not only does RYPT offer us a very convenient, user-friendly platform which saves a lot of time on our programming and workload monitoring, but it also offers other features, like menstrual cycle tracking and injury tracking, which provides us with a central platform for all performance-related guidance, coach/athlete communication, and extensive individual athlete monitoring.

What we love

RYPT leave no stone unturned when it comes to online support for optimising coaching and athletic performance. They are constantly working to upgrade and enhance the platform, continually adding new features, often before you recognise a need for them. Their attention to individual customer needs has been very impressive, and any queries or suggestions I have made have been acted on promptly with a bespoke service response.

About the coach

Annie McCarra is an S&C coach with an M.Sc in Performance Coaching, specialising in Youth and Female Athletic Development. Annie is the performance lead of the Tipperary LGFA Performance Pathway and Head of Athletic Development at Rockwell College, where she works across a spectrum of athletes and sporting codes, in both a sports organisation and school setting.
