What is the Exercises feature?

The exercises feature is a database where you manage your exercises which you will then use to create workouts with the workout builder, and track data for each individual user. The exercise database contains roughly 900 exercises that are provided by RYPT, but it is completely customizable, so you have the flexibility to create new exercises or edit existing exercises if there is something specific that you would like to provide to your clients and athletes and track over time.

Support your clients and athletes with exercise technique videos

We want to help you provide the best support possible to your users even when you are not training them in person. To help you do this, RYPT allows you to upload your own personally branded exercise technique videos to each individual exercise in your database which will be tagged to that exercise and accessible to your clients and athletes every time the exercise is part of a workout. The video can be streamed by your clients and athletes directly through the RYPT app so they know exactly how to execute each exercise, increasing compliance and preventing injury.

Add default metrics to save time building workouts

It is our goal to help you save time in every way we can. To help you do this, RYPT allows you to set up default metrics for each exercise which will automatically be added when you add that exercise to the workout builder, saving you time repeatedly selecting the correct metrics. this means that you can build personalised workouts faster while making sure you are tracking the correct metrics for each exercise so that you can monitor your users’ progress.

Create exercise groups to help keep things fresh for your clients and athletes

We want to help you keep things fresh for your clients and athletes by using a variety of exercises in their programs rather than repeating the same exercises again and again. To help you do this, RYPT allows you to create your own custom exercise groups within the database which can be viewed from the workout builder to give you inspiration when you’re building workouts. For example, you may create a group for ‘Push’ exercises or ‘Pull’ exercises, or even ‘Hip Hinge’ exercises. The possibilities are endless as the groups are completely customizable so you can design them to meet your own needs.
