Creating programs

A training program is a multi-week schedule made up of multiple workouts and other supporting content (PDF, video, JPG, PNG) that can then be shared with your clients and athletes.

Create a program

To create a training program please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Programs menu option
  2. Click the Create program button in the top right-hand corner
  3. Give your program a name (this can be changed later in the Program Builder)
  4. Click Create program to finish

You’ll then be taken to the program builder where you can add workouts and content to create your cleints’s/athlete’s schedule.
