Creating/editing exercises
RYPT provides an extensive exercise database for you to create your workouts from so that you can prescribe and monitor specific exercises.
However, if there is something niche that you’d like to prescribe or monitor that isn’t in the database, you can add your own custom exercise to the database to do so. This exercise will only be visible to coaches in your gym and not to other RYPT users.
You can also edit any of our existing exercises if you want to change the naming convention, add different default metrics, or add your own exercise technique videos or exercise description.
This video walks you through how to create new exercises and edit existing exercises in your exercise database.
