Adding workouts and supporting files to a program

A program is a multi-week training block or training schedule that you create for your clients and athletes that can include multiple workouts and supporting files including PDF, video, and image files. Once you’ve created your individual workouts and uploaded your files you can then add them to a program to create the schedule for your clients and athletes so they know exactly what they need to do and when they need to do it.

Adding workouts to a program

To add a workout to a program please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the day in your program that you want to add the workout to and click on the + icon and click Add workout
  2. This will open a pop-up where you can select the workout you want to add:
    1. To add a workout from your pre-built templates / click on Select workout, type the template name to filter the list, and select the workout template you want to add; or,
    2. To create a new workout / click Create workout
  3. Next, you can decide to add the workout to:
    1. This day / if you want to add the workout to just that day; or,
    2. This day each week / if for example, you want your client/athlete to do that workout every week for the course of the program
  4. Then click Add workout to program to add the workout

Adding content to a program

To add content to a program please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the day in your program that you want to add the content to and click on the + icon and click Add content
  2. This will open a pop-up where you can select the content you want to add:
    1. To add content from your content library / click on Select content, type the content name to filter the list, and select the content you want to add; or,
    2. To upload new content / click Upload content
  3. Next, you can decide to add the content to:
    1. This day / if you want to add the content to just that day; or,
    2. This day each week / if you want to schedule the content for that day each week of the program
  4. Then click Add content to program to add the content
