The problem

I wanted a programming app that was easy to use, could track strength and conditioning client data, and assisted in providing visual data to me and my clients to be able to reflect on the effectiveness of my programming and to motivate my clients to remain motivated in pursuit of further achievements in the weight room. No other affordable app could do this, however, I came across RYPT and it had everything I required and more!

The solution

RYPT has helped me save a tremendous amount of time when programming. Having a multitude of exercises in the app made it simple as a coach to select what I needed and add the training variables accordingly (reps, rest, etc). The training analysis feature has also been a favourite of mine, looking at individual/group data to see improvements or declines in training performance and monitor training loads.

What I love

The simplicity of the app is what delighted me. My clients find it easy to navigate and use to log training data into the app for myself to look over and provide feedback. The ability to add videos to each exercise is a massive favourite amongst my clientele.

About the coach

Riley Marsh is an Exercise & Sports Scientist, Strength and Conditioning Coach and soon to be Exercise Physiologist. He is the owner and Head coach of Marsh Strength and Conditioning based in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. Riley works with a variety of different clientele including professional and semi-professional athletes, and the general population.
