Monitor athlete well-being and simplify workout delivery

The problem
We were looking for an online platform that includes both well-being monitoring and the ability to send workouts to help us be more efficient with time and money. We previously used a platform that just had the well-being questionnaire and we would then send workout PDFs via text but this was very time-consuming and didn’t allow for any tracking.
The solution
The well-being questionnaire means we can monitor athlete well-being and know how the players are before training and we can address any issues during the day which saves time on the night. RYPT also makes it easier to give them workouts at home and track their progressions to prescribe future workouts.
What we love
The workout feature has been the best addition to what we had. The players like how it’s easy to follow their workouts. When working out in their own time, the videos and tips to explain exercises are valuable. Inputting their weights helps us assess progressions and prescribe future workouts.
About the coach
