Programming and Sharing Resources
In Part 1 we showed you how to set up your profile and invite clients/athletes. If you missed that you can find it here.
It’s our goal is to save you time creating individualized training plans for your clients/athletes. To achieve that we have designed bespoke programming tools built for coaches:
- Exercise Database / with over 900 exercises ready to prescribe which can be fully customized if you need to create your own
- Resources Library / where you can upload PDFs, videos, and images to support their training
- Workout and Progression Builder / where you can create individual sessions and multi-week progressions to prescribe to your clients/athletes
- Program Builder / where you can create training blocks made up of multiple weeks of workouts and other resources
