Creating workouts

A workout is an individual session made up of exercises and content that you prescribe to your clients and athletes.

This video walks you through how to create new workouts for your clients and athletes.

Create a workout

To create a workout please follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Workouts menu option
  2. Click the Create workout button in the top right-hand corner
  3. Give your workout a name (this can be changed later in the Workout Builder)
  4. Click Create workout to finish

You’ll then be taken to the workout builder where you can add exercises, metrics, and values to prescribe to your clients and athletes.
