Cancel sent workouts

If schedules change, if a client/athlete picks up an injury, or if you realise you made a mistake when scheduling workouts, you can also cancel sent workouts to remove them from your clients’/athletes’ schedules – as long as they have not been completed yet. Once a workout has been completed by the client/athlete it cannot be canceled.

If you sent the workout to multiple clients/athletes, you can cancel it for all of them in one go, or you can cancel it for an individual.

Cancel a workout for all clients/athletes

If you have scheduled a workout for a group of clients and athletes, please follow these steps to cancel it for all of them:

  1. On the menu click Workouts > Sent workouts – here you’ll see a list of all your scheduled workouts by the target date
  2. Find the workout you want to cancel and click the menu (three dots) on the right-hand side of the list on that row
  3. On the menu click Cancel
  4. Then click Cancel workout to confirm

This will cancel the workout for all of the clients/athletes it was scheduled for that haven’t already completed the workout.

NOTE: Completed workouts cannot be canceled.

Cancel a workout for an individual

Via the Sent workouts list

To cancel a workout for an individual client/athlete via the sent workouts list please follow these steps:

  1. On the menu click Workouts > Sent workouts – here you’ll see a list of all your scheduled workouts by the target date
  2. Find the workout you want to cancel and click the workout name to see the clients/athletes it was sent to
  3. Find the client/athlete you want to cancel the workout for and click the menu (three dots) on the right-hand side of the list on that row
  4. On the menu click Cancel
  5. Then click Cancel workout to confirm

Via their User Profile

To cancel a workout for an individual client/athlete via their User Profile please follow these steps:

  1. On the menu click Users
  2. Find the client/athlete you want to cancel the workout for and click on their name to open their profile
  3. Scroll down to the Workouts section
  4. Find the workout you want to cancel and click the menu (three dots) on the right-hand side of the list on that row
  5. On the menu click Cancel
  6. Then click Cancel workout to confirm
