
Keeping my clients and athletes accountable to improve results


The problem
Keeping my client’s and athlete’s training plans on pen and paper was leaving a huge paper trail and meant I was wasting a lot of time looking through folders to find each person’s sessions. Doing things this way also made keeping my clients and athletes accountable very difficult when they were doing part of their program remotely.
The solution
Once I began using RYPT with the Kerry GAA squads I could see how easy it was to program and keep track of adherence to workouts so I created my own account. I added all my clients and teams to the app and started doing all my programming and monitoring through RYPT and have never looked back since!
What I love
The ease with which I can design individual workouts with RYPT is amazing. Also checking adherence levels is so simple, so keeping my clients and athletes honest and accountable is easy, even when they’re doing their workouts remotely, to make sure they get the results they’re looking for.
About the coach
Alan Devane is a Strength and Conditioning Coach and owner of Alan Devane Fitness. Alan works with people of all fitness levels and ages, from beginners starting out a transformation, to club and intercounty female and male footballers, and athletes across many other sports. Alan has also been a strength and conditioning coach with Kerry GAA for the past 5 years working with underage squads on their Long term development
