Be more efficient and get the full picture of your client’s and athlete’s performance

The problem
We were spending hours upon hours on excel sheets making up programs and then spending further time writing notes on lifts and doing tutorials for athletes who were novices in the weight room. Essentially our time was not being used as effectively as it could have been.
The solution
The ease with which we can now program sessions for our clients is superb. What would have been a full day’s work can be completed in an hour. Having an exercise and video library on the RYPT coaches platform has made programming an extremely streamlined process. On the flip side of this we now have more time to push on other areas of our coaching and be more efficient with our time and most importantly ensure all our clients’ needs are adhered to. We feel RYPT does exactly that, both for our individual clients and teams.
What we love
The lifestyle (well-being) questionnaire. The addition of this feature has allowed us to paint a full picture of how an athlete(s) are feeling as a whole not just how much they are lifting in the weight room. This is particularly beneficial in a team setup as it provides a clear insight into when the collective training load of the team may need to be reigned in or pushed on depending on the data available from the lifestyle questionnaire.

At GAA Performance Guys we aim to offer a modern approach to coaching within the GAA community as well as offering a platform for non-athletes to become a better version of themselves through our body re-composition programs.
The aim is to help people from all codes achieve that next level of performance through a mix of S&C, Nutrition, Lifestyle, Mental well-being, and pitch-based plans for both individuals and teams.
By providing a service that understands the needs of our clients, we give you the best opportunity to accomplish your goals and make lifelong changes that beforehand may have seemed impossible.
