I am an experienced practitioner with 15 years experience in the field of Sports Performance. I have worked across multiple sports & organizations that includes training teams & individuals at the youth, club, collegiate, professional, international & Olympic level. This includes:

  • Director of Performance at two Division 1 NCAA Colleges (University of New Orleans / Wagner College)
  • Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach in the NFL (Houston Texans)
  • Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Power 5 NCAA College (Penn State University)
  • Head of Physical Performance International Rugby (USA Rugby Women’s 15s)
  • Head of Strength & Conditioning Professional American Football (Alliance of American Football)
