Jason McGahan Coaching

Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland

The Club Players Home Program was launched last week. Don’t let your teams miss their chance to train with the Kerry GAA Strength and Conditioning team!

These programs improve functional strength, power, and speed by mirroring many of the movements of Gaelic Football and general health, such as lunging, twisting, and squatting. This will also integrate injury prevention, core stabilization, and flexibility.

The program is designed to help players of all levels prepare for their return to club action and it’s also perfect for the general population if you want to build your own Home Program.
