Clinically, Conall worked for two years with the Louth Physiotherapy Clinic in Dundalk Co Louth, and Louth GAA Minor, 21, and Senior Hurling team. In the last three years, Conall has worked in New Zealand, Australia and UAE.

This experience give Conall valuable insight, assisting with rehab and conditioning, and developed his “Coaching Eye” by understanding how functional anatomy underpins quality athletic movement. Through observation of the standards and practices of the team and support staff, I learned the value of building relationships and the importance of quality communication.

Conall currently works in the UAE, as a Sports Therapist, and Strength and Conditioning Coach in Mediclinic Perform within a large interdisciplinary Sports Medicine Department and has previously United Arab Emirates Rugby Federation. UAE Rugby 7’s finished just outside the Top 4 in the Asian Rugby Series. Previously in Dubai Conall worked at Dubai English Speaking College where for two years he implemented Long Term Athletic Development pathways to support the Rugby and Football academy. Student-Athletes have gone on to represent UAE Rugby and gained scholarships in South Africa and USA.

Away from work, Conall has an extensive sporting background from which to draw many valuable experiences. He has played intercounty football with Louth GAA, senior club football with Geralidnes GFC in Co Louth, won an All Ireland fresher championship with DCU, and played football with Dundalk F.C. through the youth system.
